User Registration

11 PLUS GURU specialises in providing books, tests and study materials for 7+ to 11+ students. In order to successfully use the website, you must be at least 18 years of age and must accurately complete and submit all registration details. To proceed with the registration process as a parent, you will be asked to submit your personal details including your full name, phone number and email id, and then asked to choose a user ID and password for the student, which must always be kept confidential.

Please note that in addition to the user name and password, the following personal details of your child will be collected: first name, last name, class/year information and the region they are taking the exam.

You must not use any other person's account to access the website. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 11 PLUS GURU cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Payment

All books, tests and study materials available on this website are individually priced in GBP and are inclusive of any VAT payable, unless otherwise stated. We accept online non-refundable payment for all confirmed orders via Paypal. Such payment is inclusive of shipping charges, as and where applicable. We do not store any payment details including your credit or debit card details. All successful transactions shall be followed up by an online receipt via email to the email address provided by you during registration. In case you have any question about the pricing or method of payment, feel free to reach out to our customer support before making the payment. We accept no liability for any error in any third party payment gateway. In case there is any revision of our fees and service charges, you shall be notified in due time.
